- Granada driving instructors are self employed franchisees. Once an instructor has been assigned all provisions of driving tuition is between the pupil & the instructor.
- No contractual liability shall arise or subsist between you and Granada Driving School.
- If you decide to pay each hour individually, you must have one lesson paid for in advance at all times as we have a 48 hrs cancellation policy & must be given at all times.
- Failure to give 48 hrs or less will mean you are liable for the full cost of cancelled lesson
- Weekend lessons cannot be cancelled.
- All payments must be done directly to the instructor by cash or cheque.
- All refunds must be requested within one year of payment & must be directly to the instructor.
- All offers are subject to change without any notice.
- Your driving instructor reserves the right to refuse to use of vehicle for driving test if you considered risk to the general public.
- Test car hire can only be booked directly with the instructor after one hour lesson minimum.
